BusinessQuest® specializes in representing sellers of privately-held, small and medium sized businesses with annual sales up to $20 million. We have two divisions specifically developed to focus on the special and distinct needs of the small business market (less than $1 million in sales) and middle market businesses with sales over $1 million. Using our superior marketing methods and tools, we are able to market your business locally, regionally, nationally or internationally. In addition, as a member of the Sunbelt Business Broker network with over 300 offices domestically, 33 offices globally and over 4,000 deals completed each year we are able to help find the right buyer for your business, so your business sells in the shortest time possible and at the best price possible.

On average, it takes approximately 6-12 months to complete the sale of a business after we begin marketing the business depending on the size and complexity of the business. Fortunately, there are NO UPFRONT FEES. Our fee is only due if we successfully sell your business in accordance with price and terms acceptable to you. We also offer exit planning consulting services to help our clients that are still 2 to 5 years from being ready to sell but want to prepare their business to get the best price possible and increase the net proceeds they receive from the sale of their most valuable asset.

Keep in mind that our professional brokerage & intermediary services will expose your business to many more serious buyers than you would on your own and that translates into getting the best price the market will bear for your business. The fee for our services should be more than offset by the value of our marketing efforts helping to get you a better price. Of course, this doesn't even consider the value and peace of mind from having professional help navigating the complicated process of business valuation, pre-screening buyers, business negotiations, avoiding costly mistakes and dealing with the challenges that typically arise during a business acquisition.
